Incubation de projets, ateliers de renforcement de capacités, mentorat individualisé et mise en réseau avec institutions publiques, entreprises, communautés et diaspora.

Ces programmes ne fonctionnent pas en silos. Un porteur peut entrer par un appel à initiatives, rejoindre le parcours d’incubation, bénéficier de formations ou d’un appui organisationnel, mobiliser la Statistique citoyenne pour mieux connaître son terrain, puis rejoindre le portefeuille des projets incubés. Cette articulation permet à Toumaï Connect d’adapter l’accompagnement au besoin réel de chaque initiative et d’éviter une approche uniforme.
